Orders will only be accepted by Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd and payment is to be made in New Zealand currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd will deliver goods only within New Zealand.
Product Availability
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Orders, Price and Payment
Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time.
No order will be accepted for delivery outside New Zealand.
Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island, New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier chosen by Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd.
For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand please enter the details of the pick up point or shipping agent on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered. Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd’s responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of the order to the shipping agent, properly addressed.
You must pay by credit card
Your credit card details are delivered immediately to a secure ecommerce server and our bank immediately debits your card for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed.

Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island address, until delivered to your shipping agent. We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Warranties
Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes, Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product.
Special Warranties
If any product on our site has special warranty conditions, those conditions will appear either on or attached to the page for that particular product. You will be bound by the warranty conditions of that product if you place an order for that product.
Limitation of Liability
Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Routine Security Checks
Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd reserves the right to contact the purchaser of an order to confirm the validity of delivery details supplied and we will perform security checks on any orders that raise a security alert based on purchase type or level. Acto Agriculture NZ Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be fraudulent
